Pack Your Items
Carefully place the lights in their original boxes, ensuring all components and power adapters are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
